JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess the government contracts identified by the Government Contract Seeker for fit and relevance to the business.
Evaluate contract specifications, requirements, and ensure they align with Quality Galore’s product and service offerings.
Send relevant details and bid specifications to manufacturers for cost evaluation.
Communicate with manufacturers to gather accurate pricing and product specifications.
Maintain detailed documentation of each bid opportunity.
Use Asana to track progress on bids, deadlines, and manufacturer responses.
Use Slack for seamless communication with manufacturers and other team members.
???? Requirements:

Strong knowledge of government contract requirements, terms, and conditions.
Ability to assess bid opportunities for profitability and suitability.
Strong communication skills for liaising with both the Government Contract Seeker and manufacturers.
Experience with PipelineDrive (preferred).
AutoQuotes knowledge is a plus (not required).
Familiarity with Asana for task management and Slack for real-time team communication.

Bid Management: Managing the entire process from receiving a government contract to submission.
Asana: Task tracking, prioritizing tasks, and organizing workflows.
Slack: Communicating updates and ensuring that team members are aligned.
Contract Evaluation: Assessing contract terms and matching them to the company’s capabilities.
PipelineDrive: CRM management for bid and contract tracking.
Manufacturer Communication: Requesting and processing quotes from manufacturers.
