JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to focus on organizing and managing our stock media in Dropbox and uploading content to platforms like Sellfy and YouTube. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys file management and digital organization.

Schedule:
• Hours: Part Time - Approximately 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• Philippines Time: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM PH Time (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST).

Key Responsibilities:
Dropbox Organization:
• Organize stock media files in Dropbox, ensuring all content is properly named and stored in a logical folder structure.
• Remove outdated or duplicate files to maintain a streamlined system.
• Work with the team to ensure media assets are easily accessible for use.

Sellfy Content Uploads:
• Upload stock media to Sellfy, ensuring files are accurately categorized and titled for optimal searchability.
• Create clear and compelling product descriptions using provided templates.

YouTube Uploads:
• Upload videos to the company’s YouTube channel, using provided instructions and content calendars.
• Use Canva to create thumbnails based on pre-designed templates.
• Add accurate titles, descriptions, and tags to optimize video performance.

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Dropbox and Canva.
• Experience with content management platforms like Sellfy and YouTube Studio is a plus.
• Ability to follow templates and processes with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of file formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, MP4).
• Reliable internet connection and necessary tools for remote work.
