Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Executive Assistant to support our construction team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in real estate construction, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a high level of professionalism.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Buildertrend software. Buildertrend Certification is highly advantageous.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Sites) for effective document management and collaboration.
3. Industry Tools: Familiarity with using a HomeDepot Pro account for managing materials and procurement.
4. Estimation Expertise: Proven experience as an Estimator in residential construction, with a strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and timelines.
5. Construction Background: A solid foundation in real estate construction is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the executive team.
Minimum Requirement:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with invoicing and financial record-keeping.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Experience in real estate construction is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
