JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly engaged, part-time Community & Engagement Manager to handle comments, DMs, and outreach across our two eCommerce brands. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and aligned with content schedules to respond in real-time when posts go live.

What You’ll Do:
• Monitor & Respond: Engage with comments, DMs, and customer inquiries across social platforms.
• Active Outreach: Comment and engage with content from influencers and potential customers.
• Collab Management: Handle inbound messages from UGC creators & forward them to the right team members.
• Stay Aligned: Be available based on our posting schedule to ensure fast responses.

Requirements:

? Fluent in English (Excellent written communication)
? Experience in social media engagement (eCommerce preferred)
? Proactive & fast responder (Aligned with UAE time GMT +4)
? Basic knowledge of influencer/UGC collaborations
? Attention to detail & ability to maintain brand voice

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):

? Previous experience handling eCommerce brands
? Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, >Facebook comments & engagement best practices
