The Role
We’re seeking a Client Success Specialist to take full ownership of client communication processes, ensuring that no message is overlooked, and that clients feel continuously supported. You'll be working with our team of three: the founder, another full-time client success team member, and a document/invoicing specialist. Your role will be to make sure that every client interaction is seamless, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and drives our mission forward.

What You’ll Own
- Client Communication: You’ll manage client emails and communication channels, ensuring every client feels heard and supported.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential communication gaps before they become issues and bring solutions to the table.
- Process Improvement: Leverage your tech-savviness and creativity to enhance our workflows, using tools like ChatGPT and other LLMs.
- Client Satisfaction: You’ll be the reason clients trust us and recommend us to others. Your attention to detail and empathy will ensure clients have a positive experience, every time.

Compensation and Hours
- Pay Rate: $7 to $10 USD per hour, based on experience.
- Full-time, 40 hours/week.
- Required overlap hours: At least 3 days per week with 8 to 10 AM EST availability.
