JOB OVERVIEW

The Daily Wisdom Well is a devotional book designed to help Christian entrepreneurs and business leaders integrate faith into their daily work. The book features 366 reflections, each tying a Bible verse to business and life, providing insights, practical wisdom, and a question for reflection. Our mission is to build a community of faith-driven professionals, offering biblical guidance for decision-making, leadership, and personal growth.

With the book launching on April 13, we are focused on growing our audience, expanding our email list, and building a strong online presence to maximize its impact. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee marketing, operations, and administrative support and help drive the success of The Daily Wisdom Well before and after launch.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Audience Growth
-Manage social media content & scheduling
-Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture the audience and increase engagement.
-Optimize Amazon book listings (SEO, keywords, categories) and monitor performance.
-Amazon KDP
-Coordinate influencer outreach, partnerships, and community engagement efforts.
-Track and report on KPIs, including audience growth, email list expansion, and book sales.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow The Daily Wisdom Well community and drive engagement.
-Assist with community-building efforts, fostering meaningful engagement among readers.
-Coordinate affiliates and promotional partnerships.


Administration
-Handle email management, inquiries, and customer support.
-Maintain project tracking systems (Trello, Asana, or Notion) to manage workflows.


Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of admin experience
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with expertise in social media, content marketing, and audience growth.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (ConvertKit or similar).
- Understanding of Amazon SEO, book listing optimization, and digital sales strategies.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Background in faith-based content, entrepreneurship, books, or design is a plus but not required.

Work Setup & Compensation
-Full-time, remote role (Philippines-based)
-Flexible working hours, with availability for key meetings and deadlines
-Competitive salary based on experience (starting at 40k PHP per month - paid directly to your bank account)
