We’re seeking a meticulous and organized Caregiver Orientation Specialist to ensure our caregivers are fully prepared and compliant before delivering services.

Job Summary:
The Caregiver Orientation Specialist is responsible for managing the onboarding process for new caregivers. This role ensures that all caregivers meet the necessary requirements, complete orientation, and are ready to provide exceptional care to clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to supporting caregivers in their journey toward providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Orientation Coordination:
-Develop and deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new caregivers, covering company policies, procedures, and expectations.
-Provide training on documentation, safety protocols, and client-specific care standards.

Compliance Verification:
-Review and verify caregiver documentation, including certifications, licenses, background checks, and health records.
-Ensure all caregivers meet state, federal, and company compliance requirements before rendering services.

Onboarding Support:
-Serve as the main point of contact for new caregivers during the onboarding process.
-Assist caregivers in completing necessary forms, obtaining certifications, and resolving onboarding-related issues.

Record Management:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver qualifications, training completion, and compliance status.
-Monitor expiration dates for certifications and licenses, notifying caregivers of renewal requirements.

Collaboration and Communication:

-Work closely with the recruitment, scheduling, and HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
-Communicate with caregivers to provide support and answer questions during the orientation process.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiver onboarding, training, or a related field is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of caregiving requirements, including certifications and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate caregivers.
Proficiency with onboarding or HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
