CRM Specialist

We are looking for someone who has experience with Customer Rentention Management (CRM).

Your duties will involve:

- Analyse and organise sales data on our website and segment customers according to purchase history
- Regularly creating content such as newsletters to engage with customers
- Provide actionable insights based on sales data
