As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our billing operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support both internal teams and clients.

Job Description:
The Billing Specialist will oversee all aspects of billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, subscription management, and timely payments. This role involves working closely with other departments, managing chargebacks and disputes, and handling client billing inquiries. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving billing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispute and Chargeback Management: Review and respond to disputes across platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.net. Gather necessary documentation to counter disputes and manage the resolution process.
- Payment Processing and Recurring Invoices: Ensure timely processing of payments and create recurring invoices for clients. - Address manual billing tasks such as moving billing dates, processing discounts, and handling special requests.
- Client Inquiries and Billing Adjustments: Respond to client inquiries related to cancellations, pauses in subscriptions, billing adjustments, and invoicing requests. Ensure clients receive accurate copies of invoices.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare daily financial reports summarizing revenue, new customers, disputes, refunds, and other key metrics. Communicate these updates to the management team.
- Chargeback and Dispute Documentation: Follow best practices for documenting disputes, including service delivery evidence, client communications, and signed agreements.
- Discord Ticket Management: Monitor and resolve billing-related tickets in Discord. This includes rerunning declined payments, updating billing details, processing refunds, and canceling subscriptions.
- Cloud Campaign and CRM Updates: Manage tasks in Cloud Campaign and ensure correct tagging, status updates, and data entry in CRM systems. Verify that all client information and billing statuses are up-to-date.
