JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Bookkeeper & Admin who is proficient in both Spanish and English and has experience with bookkeeping across different platforms, including QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to maintain organized financial records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Support financial audits, tax preparation, and budget tracking as needed.
- Handle confidential financial and administrative information with discretion.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks and other accounting platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles.
- Experience handling administrative tasks in a remote work setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- Willing to undergo a background check.
