JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a highly skilled bookkeeper with expertise in Xero and Excel? Do you have a strong understanding of financial processes, payroll, and admin support? If so, we’d love to have you on our team!

???? What You’ll Do:
? Manage and reconcile bank statements
? Set up new accounts from scratch and maintain existing ones
? Create and manage chart of accounts
? Process accounts receivable and payable
? Handle payroll processing efficiently
? Generate budgets and financial reports in Xero
? Work with cash flow management in Excel (training provided)
? Provide admin support, including replying to and managing emails
? Be available for meetings when required

???? What We’re Looking For:
? Strong expertise in Xero (essential)
? Advanced Excel skills
? Solid experience in bank reconciliation & financial reporting
? Ability to set up and maintain chart of accounts
? Experience with accounts receivable/payable, budgeting & payroll
? Strong admin and email management skills
? Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
? Comfortable being available for meetings when needed
