Appraiser Assistant

Our real estate Appraisal office is currently looking to hire a VA to assist :
- With answering incoming calls from clients, scheduling appointments (NOT Sales Appointments!)
- Managing calendars of multiple Appraisers
- Handling high-volume emails from clients
- Data entry and organizing assignments
- Onboarding, and registration of new appraisers with various client’s platforms, and some bookkeeping.

The ability to prioritize and manage tasks while GETTING-THINGS-DONE are the most important skills you can offer to this role. We’re giving you the freedom to use your best judgment based on what you’ve learned during the training and take the initiative and resolve issues on your own.
We desire people who aren't satisfied with a typical 8-5 job and want to learn new things.

Being an excellent communicator is an advantage as there are numerous parties engaged in an assignment.

We require someone who can type well, speak FLUENT ENGLISH with at least NEUTRAL Accent, and MUST be reliable and available 40 hours a week during CST business hours (8 am-5 pm EST) subject to change if needed. Compensation: ($4-$6 starting rate per hour depending on experience)
