JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Christian based construction company who is in search of an experienced administrative assistant. Duties include calendar management, client interfacing (email/text/phone calls), SOP and systems creation, data/customer info input into CRM, update CRM and dropbox files/folders, email account management, filing appropriate paperwork/info for subcontractors and vendors, data entry, etc.

Requirements:
C2 Advance/Mastery of english to make phone calls etc to clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Must be able to work U.S. CST zone.
Must have 3+ years of experience in the virtual and/or administrative assistant role for companies in the U.S.
Must provide 3 professional references.
