JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small, dynamic crypto company primarily based in Canada, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support for our Hong Kong entity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations through a variety of tasks, including: - Bookkeeping: Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations. - Payroll: Process payroll for a small team, potentially using an existing payroll service. - Document Drafting: Create and edit various business documents, such as reports, presentations, and contracts. - Travel and Event Coordination: Assist with tasks such as speaker applications for conferences, and booking flights, hotels, and activities. Bonus Points: Experience with cryptocurrency transactions (not mandatory but preferred)
