Client Overview:
*Andrea is a seasoned journalist and a purpose-driven entrepreneur! She is looking for a unicorn who can help her with administrative tasks so she can work on her zone of genius!
Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 4-hour block from 8am-4pm Central Time (US)
*Must be able to work 20 hours weekly, and if everything goes well, your hours will increase!
*Must have experience with executive/administrative assistance or any similar role
*Must be an AMAZING communicator, and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Must have experience with CRMs and is familiar with how they work
*Must be super organized with high attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must have excellent English-speaking skills
*Must be resourceful, self-starter (when needed), and not afraid to ask questions.
*Must be able to communicate with other tea
*Must understand and know how to use AI
*Understanding of Adobe products helpful but not required
*Must be female
Software tools used by the client:
*Google Suite
*CRM
*AI: ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude
*Adobe products
*Media OS (this is the new CRM Andrea will be transitioning to)
Responsibilities/Tasks:
*Manage multiple
*Manage Andrea's CRM, ensure contacts and leads are properly tagged and updated
*Help with the transition from Andrea’s old CRM to the new one
*Schedule appointments and manage Andrea's calendar, block Andrea's schedule for functions, etc.
*Send communications to non-profits and other contacts as Andrea
*Follow up with phone calls to confirm receipt of
*Extract text from compiled articles and help build a database/hub
