JOB OVERVIEW

**Lyrid®** is an eCommerce retailer with nearly two years of operation on major platforms in the USA, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. We specialize in wholesale partnerships with brands, distributors, and online retailers.

We are growing and are seeking an Administrative Assistant to directly support our Director of Operations.

Your role will include the following tasks:
• Monitoring the CEO’s emails, allowing him to focus on higher-level tasks
• Seller Central management
• Managing our repricing and inventory software
• Notion and spreadsheet management
• New supplier outreach/follow up
• Feedback management
• PPC campaign management
• Providing invoices to the reimbursement service
• Preparing weekly KPI reports
• Scheduling FBA shipments
• Creating / Updating SOPs
• And other related tasks…

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and exceptionally well-organized.

Training will be provided for all tasks. We will also supply SOPs and training videos for your reference.
