Client Overview:
*Elizabeth is a chiropractor and she is looking for a unicorn who can help her staff with administrative tasks so they can focus on their zones of genius!
Client Requirements:
*There is a lot of flexibility with the schedule. The earliest you can start is 6am Pacific Time (US) and the latest you can end your shift is anytime between 8pm-11pm Pacific Time (US)
*Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
*Must have experience with social media management and content creation
*Must have experience as an administrative assistant or any similar role
*HIPAA certification is a plus!
*Must have excellent organization and time management skills
*Must have great verbal and written communication skills
*Must have super high attention to detail
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must be efficient, accurate, and passionate about healing
Software tools used by the client (Client will also train you on tools you’re unfamiliar with):
*Google Suite
*Buffer
*Instagram
*Slack
*QuickBooks
*Excel
*Brain, Not Bone Alone
Responsibilities/Tasks
Administrative Support - You will be trained on all of these tasks ????
*Assist Elizabeth’s staff with administrative tasks, such as data entry, paperwork, and file organization
*Ensure scanned EOBs are attached to the correct patient files
*Gather Excel lists weekly and upload them to Brain, Not Bone Alone to keep the patient database updated for mass
*Upload new patient intake forms (grading disabilities and initial assessments) from Brain, Not Bone Alone to each patient’s chart before their first visit
*Organize documents, ensuring all scanned files and records are correctly labeled and attached to the right patient files
*Create flyers using Canva templates for upcoming events or promos
*Categorize and organize
Social Media Management:
*Create brand-aligned social media content
*Edit videos to match Elizabeth’s style and preferences.
*Post and schedule social media content
QuickBooks and Bookkeeping (You will be trained on this):
*Input stats
*Enter the day sheet into QuickBooks
*Help with basic bookkeeping processes
