Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Real Estate Text Response Management

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage all text responses directed towards real estate agents and wholesalers. Join our team and play a pivotal role in facilitating communication and ensuring efficient operations.

Position Type: Part-time

Location: Remote

Working Hours:
20+ hours per week
Flexible scheduling within Monday to Friday
Hours to be agreed upon based on availability and workload
Texts can be made any times from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST

Responsibilities:

Text Response Management:
Handle all incoming text inquiries from real estate agents and wholesalers promptly and professionally.
Craft well-written responses tailored to inquiries, maintaining the company's tone and professionalism.

Lead Qualification:
Gather necessary information froUpgrade to see actual infossages to assess lead quality and potential property acquisition opportunities.
Ensure accurate documentation of lead details for further evaluation by the team.

Record Keeping:
Maintain organized records of all text interactions and inquiries for reference and follow-up purposes.
Submit comprehensive reports on text communication activities as required.

Communication:
Collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to provide updates on text response activities and coordinate follow-up actions.
Communicate any pertinent information or concerns to the team lead in a timely manner.

Adherence to Guidelines:
Adhere strictly to company guidelines and protocols regarding text response procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

Proficient English Writing Skills:
Strong ability to write clear, concise, and engaging text responses in English.

Attention to Detail:
Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and consistency in written communication.

Reliability:
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of dependability and responsiveness in handling text inquiries.

Tech Proficiency:
Comfortable using various communication platforms and tools for text messaging.

Time Management:
Effective at managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet response deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience:
Prior experience in administrative roles, customer service, or communication-related positions preferred.

Equipment:
Reliable computer and stable internet connection for remote work.

Work Environment:
Quiet and conducive workspace conducive to focused communication tasks.

Compensation:
$3-5/hr based on experience and proficiency.
