JOB OVERVIEW

Company Description:
We seek a results-driven Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our client's team. Our client is a restaurant owner with four locations across Houston, Maryland, and Delaware. The primary responsibility of the Cold Caller VA will be to promote the restaurant and catering services to local businesses within a 3-mile radius of each location. This role focuses on increasing catering sales through direct outreach and local business engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Communication:
- Cold-call local businesses to promote restaurant and catering services.
- Effectively communicate promotional products and services specific to each restaurant location.
- Build positive relationships with prospects using excellent verbal and written English skills.
Lead Generation:
- Work with provided lead lists and conduct research to generate additional leads as needed.
- Source lead lists from approved external sources to expand outreach efforts.
- Database Management & Scheduling:
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information obtained during outreach.
- Schedule calls with prospective clients and ensure timely communication with restaurant staff for follow-up appointments.
Franchise Support:
- Respond to inquiries from potential franchisees and provide support for the franchise business.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to franchise management as needed.

Administrative Duties:
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the client, including managing appointments and maintaining communication logs.


Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling and sales outreach, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
- **Fluency in English communication (both oral and written)**.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other database management tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on driving catering sales growth.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
