Main duties and responsibilities include:
Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on video instructions
Maintaining and publishing weekly scorecards for all retail stores (using Google Sheets)
Daily cash balance report (waterfall) all stores (using Google Sheets)
Keeping the partners schedule
Posting retail items for sale on
Soliciting FB marketplace listings to get more buys (using
Setting up new store accounts
Saving receipts and invoices for expenses and bills
Setting up corporate credit cards for new accounts
Performing quality control and eBay listing photos
Keeping records of facilities maintenance and coordinating with vendors
Posting monthly franchise sales leaderboard
Update Master Info Sheet with account info and credentials
