Job Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with Project Management experience to join our team. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple tasks, manage daily administrative operations, and support business functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee small projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

Email
Management: Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of executives.
Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Research & Data Management: Conduct market research, gather data, and present findings in an organized manner.
Task Coordination: Assist with task assignments, follow-ups, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
General Administrative Support: Handle document preparation, file management, and other clerical tasks.

Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or project management role.
Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft, project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp), and CRM software.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities with keen attention to detail.
Self-Starter: Works well independently and takes initiative.
