Hi there, I’m a 23-year-old entrepreneur based in BGC (Taguig City, Metro Manila), and I’m looking for an Administrative Assistant to help me save time by taking on several tasks I’m currently managing. This position is primarily remote, with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila.
Responsibilities:
Email
Outreach to prospects on Instagram using multiple accounts
Managing the CEO’s to-do list: organizing and categorizing tasks
Agency Instagram Page Manager: organizing content via Google Drive, editing and posting Reels, and posting daily stories on the agency’s Instagram page
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Female candidates preferred
Candidates based in Metro Manila preferred (remote work is also available)
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM (Philippines Time)
