Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed and eager to grow in their career. This is a long-term opportunity to work with an innovative startup team!
Responsibilities:
- Perform CSR and work directly with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, organizing files, and managing documents
- Conduct research and compile information as needed.
- Collaborate with tea
- Assist in organizing and maintaining customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Handle phone calls,
- Support scheduling activities, including tea
- Assist in planning and coordinating trips, including booking travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Utilize tools like Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, and Airtable proficiently to streamline workflows and manage tasks effectively.

Hours:
- Work hours will strictly be on PST, ideally 9-5pm
