JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant for this Department will play a key role in streamlining operations and ensuring the team can focus on driving revenue. This individual will handle various administrative tasks, from scheduling meetings to managing documents and reports. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Sales and Education Department, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence. Maintain and update records, databases, and CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the team. Assist with preparing and formatting proposals, contracts, and customer communication. Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.

Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics for the Director and other team members. Support sales and education events, trainings, and tradeshows by coordinating logistics and materials.

Assist in tracking sales targets and generating performance reports and other general administrative duties as needed to support the department's success.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a sales or fast-paced corporate environment.

Strong proficiency in G Suite and softwares (e.g., Asana, Hubspot, Shopify). Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment and is open to working on weekends and holidays if needed.

High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting sales and education department or similar client-facing role.
Familiarity with sales metrics and reporting.
Basic knowledge of project management tools.
