Administrative & Executive Support:
Manage calendar and appointments, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
Log incoming orders into the booking portal from
Ensure all editing requests, floor plan updates, and video editing requests are submitted to the appropriate channels.
Clean up and optimize the booking portal for efficiency.
Manage MLS formatting issues and other technical challenges related to media.
Media & Quality Control:
Send RAW files to editors and track editing progress.
Perform a Quality Control Pass on photos, ensuring accurate color correction and object removal.
Deliver final assets to clients in a timely manner.
Ensure all horizontal videos are uploaded to YouTube with proper thumbnails.
Monitor file delivery to ensure editors are not idle and shooters upload content daily.
Customer Service & Client Relations:
Follow up with customers after their appointment to ensure satisfaction.
Request referrals and reviews from satisfied clients.
Address customer concerns, including reshoot requests, editing modifications, or issue resolution.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or customer service.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Dropbox, CRM systems, and booking portals (or a willingness to learn).
Basic knowledge of photo/video editing processes (not required but preferred).
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and tea
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer service issues efficiently.
