Job Tasks:
HD Photo Hub Management
Understand and thoroughly use HD Photo Hub (HDPH).
Assist realtors with scheduling, booking, and downloading media, if needed.
Ensure services are completed per listing and properly cleared in HDPH.
Manage listing website status (pending/live) via HDPH, including uploading property assets (photos, videos, floorplans, 3D tours, etc.).
Photo and Media Editing
Download photos from the shared Dropbox folder after the previous day’s photoshoots are completed.
Import photos into Lightroom (LR) or Photoshop (PS) for light editing, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Add arrows to homes in drone photos (as current editors do not).
Label nearby attractions with a pinpoint symbol (as needed).
Draw red property lines on aerial drone photos (if required).
Straighten horizons in photos when necessary.
Ensure all photos are properly edited and delivered on time.
Customer Communication and Support
Send PDF photoshoot guides to realtors prior to appointments.
Ensure files are sent to clients, especially after Friday/Saturday photoshoots.
Follow up with customers 12-24 hours after media delivery to ensure satisfaction.
If the customer is satisfied, request referrals and Google 5-star reviews.
If the customer is not satisfied, address issues promptly by providing minor editing, rescheduling photoshoots, or offering credits/free services.
Submit editing requests to editors via
Log customer feedback, complaints, and requests in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate notes and data are maintained.
Track customer referrals and manage incentives.
Marketing and Lead Generation
Conduct outbound cold calling and direct messaging (Instagram) for lead generation (cold call list and multi-line dialer will be provided).
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), including content uploads, captions, hashtags, and engagement (comments, messages, etc.).
