Active Listener/Voice

Hello,
I am doing a research on human listening and daily active lifestyle. I'm looking for a female candidate with the following:
--Active listening skills (simply, just be yourself) Just as it says, a person must be energetic person
--Person with research skills. If asked to do a task, they must have the knowledge and skillset to find out about the subject matter expertise and be able to explain in details
--Executive Assistant skills. A "yes, sir" type of mentality
--Topic of discussion could very (culture, beauty, philosophy, sexuality, human behavior, different generations. etc)
All rest of the questions/thoughts can be discussed in a zoom meeting.
