JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team. This individual will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and a smooth experience throughout the order lifecycle. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their needs, take orders, and manage expectations.
Oversee the entire order lifecycle to ensure timely and successful completion.
Handle payments, generate invoices, and manage failed payments or refunds.
Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and order progress.
Utilize Monday.com and Slack at an expert level to manage workflows and team communication.
Work seamlessly within GoHighLevel to support client projects and processes.

Requirements
Fluent English: Exceptional spoken and written communication skills.
Professional Setup: Reliable computer, clear audio/video capabilities, and no internet connectivity issues.
Availability: Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Ideal candidate will WANT to work before/after hours to make the best of their efforts.

Tech Skills:
Expert-level experience with Monday.com and Slack.
Proficiency with GoHighLevel.
Experience: Previous experience in client management, operations, or a similar role.
