JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant based in the Philippines, with at least one year of experience working remotely for a U.S.-based company. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks and possess strong organizational skills. Experience with TaxSlayer software or other tax software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries via email, phone, and chat. Schedule appointments and follow up on tasks and document submissions.
- Collect, organize, and maintain client documents, ensuring everything is properly filed and follows confidentiality protocols.
- Accurately input client information into relevant software, including TaxSlayer if applicable, ensuring all data is complete for tax preparation.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate team activities. Perform other administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Manage billing processes, including preparing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding accounts.
- Monitor important deadlines and updates, ensuring the team is informed of any relevant changes or requirements.

Qualifications:
- At least one year of remote administrative experience working for a U.S.-based company is required. Familiarity with tax software like TaxSlayer or any tax software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Suite) is required. Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Comfortable using cloud-based systems and tools to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time

Compensation:
- $800 per month, paid bi-weekly
