JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to manage up to 40 client accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships, handling communication via WhatsApp, and ensuring timely project updates. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for 50+ clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding and ongoing experience.
Communication: Manage all client interactions via WhatsApp, providing timely updates, addressing questions, and resolving concerns promptly.
Project Coordination: Oversee the status of GMC accounts, ensuring accounts are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal team members (e.g., setup and maintenance teams) to ensure account tasks are executed accurately and on schedule.
Reporting: Provide weekly updates to clients on account performance, policy adherence, and any required actions.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve client issues with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and reviews to improve processes and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in account management, client services, or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing, eCommerce, or tech environment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling client communication via WhatsApp.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage 40+ accounts simultaneously.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Merchant Center policies and account setup is a plus, but not mandatory.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and CRM tools.
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems.
