JOB OVERVIEW

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Manage projects, schedule and communications for an executive. Personal assistant.

REQUIREMENTS: All applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have your own laptop or PC
Minimum one year experience with administrative work
Expert with communications such as social media, email and inter-office comms
Data Management (spreadsheet work) expertise
English fluency
Reliable internet connection
Available for a fixed 20 hours a week (see hours below)

PREFERRED: The following abilities will be prioritized
Conversational in Korean (can pay more too)
Versatile
Copyediting and research skills
Midjourney (or other AI imaging software) experience
Experience with graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
Portfolio with samples representative of Visual Ads and/or Textbook Page Designs

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management: Work with executive to complete larger projects
Scheduling: Help manage exec calendar and appointments
Data Management: Track projects, tasks and outcomes via spreadsheets
Communications: Manage comms to reduce Executive workload.

WORK HOURS
20 hours a week during the following hours, all listed in KST (UTC+9)
Wednesdays & Fridays 13:00-19:00, Sundays 15:00-24:00 (Sunday has 1-hour break)

PAYMENT
Pay is 5,000 Korean Won per hour (205.27 PHP as of posting) and 20 hours per week.
Average 1-month pay (at 20 hours a week) is approximately 17,000 PHP per month
