We’re currently growing and looking for a committed Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us generate leads, book client calls, and support business operations.
Your Role Will Include:
Sourcing high-quality leads using tools like
Sending outreach
Booking and managing consultation calls with clients
Updating and organizing lead spreadsheets or trackers
Supporting admin tasks like simple research and CRM updates
Following up with potential clients via
Communicating clearly and reporting daily tasks and progress
Requirements:
Good English communication (written is more important than verbal)
Knowledge of
Experience with Gmail, Google Sheets, or Excel
Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Fast learner, honest, and responsible
A reliable internet connection and your own laptop/computer
Familiarity with remote work or previous VA experience is a plus!
Bonus (But Not Required):
Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach software
Experience booking appointments or managing a calendar
Creative or resourceful with problem-solving
