As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our administrative and marketing tasks.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, social media management, client communication, and proficient use of GoHighLevel. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while helping to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage email communication and client inquiries.

Schedule appointments and update the calendar.

Assist with social media content creation and scheduling (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing.

Prepare reports and maintain client records.

Utilize GoHighLevel for marketing campaigns, client management, and automation.

Create and manage funnels, email sequences, and automated workflows using GoHighLevel.

Assist with marketing campaigns, including paid ads and content strategy.

Provide customer support through phone calls and messages.

Assist in creating and updating training materials and client documents.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.

Proficiency with GoHighLevel, including creating and managing funnels, automations, and client databases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and social media platforms.

Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.

Basic understanding of bookkeeping and client management.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Interest in dog training or pet care is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

$6 per hour

Part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time
