Our company is a training company that focuses on supporting Black business owners start, grow and scale their business.
This position supports our Operations Department which includes HR and Operations.
HR
Support and track onboarding checklists for employees
Maintain employee records and ensure files are updated and compliant
Track employee training and policy acknowledgment completions
Support internal communications to staff, including updates on policies, announcements and meeting summaries
Support performance review and management processes
Operations
Track the status of active department projects and events
Support events planning including research and event programming support
Help implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items when necessary fro
Help monitor and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR/Operations required.
