Zeoli Realty is a top-performing real estate team closing over 400 transactions a year — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator to work remotely as a Virtual Assistant and help keep our deals on track from contract to close.
If you’ve worked in real estate before and know how to manage deadlines, paperwork, and communication, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
-- Managing real estate transactions from contract to closing day
-- Keeping documents organized and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
-- Communicating with agents, clients, title companies, and lenders
-- Updating transaction checklists and internal systems
-- Supporting the operations team with related tasks
What We’re Looking For
--> Experience as a Transaction Coordinator is required
--> Familiarity with U.S. real estate processes and timelines
--> Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
--> Good written communication and a professional attitude
--> Comfortable using online tools and learning new software
