Executive Assistant to CEO - Full-Time

ABOUT PODPROMAX:

PodProMax helps founders, executives, and public figures monetize their voice through high-level
podcast placements. Our clients have appeared on 600+ shows and unlocked major visibility,
revenue, and authority. Now, we're hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO directly.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We're seeking a full-time Executive Assistant who is sharp, reliable, and thrives in a
fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. This role will help elevate the CEO by managing his
calendar, streamlining communication, and executing critical administrative tasks.
This is NOT a stepping stone job - this is a growth partner role for someone who loves operations,
thrives behind the scenes, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Calendar management, scheduling, and follow-up coordination
- Organize CEO's inbox, draft replies, and flag high-priority messages
- Handle light project management and task tracking (via Google Suite, Slack, and Upgrade to see actual info)
- Assist with light CRM data entry and status tracking
- Coordinate internal meetings and external podcast guest communications
- Occasionally assist with client onboarding and process documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of executive assistant, virtual assistant, or operations experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
- U.S.-based preferred, ideally in North Carolina or EST timezone
- Familiarity with the podcasting or influencer space is a bonus

PAY:
- Pay range: starting at $5/hour up to $9/hour, 32-40 hours/week based on experience and
performance

BONUSES:

- Eligible for performance-based quarterly bonuses tied to company milestones and revenue
- Top performers may earn quarterly bonuses with 3-4 figure payout potential
