We are looking for a proactive, highly skilled, and outspoken Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team! The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and business tasks efficiently.

???? Pay Rate: $3 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
? Administrative Support: Manage schedules, organize files, and handle day-to-day office tasks.
? Call Handling: Make and receive calls professionally, assist clients, and follow up on inquiries.
? Email Management: Organize, respond to, and draft emails with precision.
? Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, engage with audiences, and monitor analytics.
? Project Coordination: Assist in managing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
? Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
? Data Entry & Research: Accurately input information and conduct online research.
? Executive Assistance: Support executives with travel planning, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
? CRM & Database Management: Maintain and update customer records efficiently.
? Problem-Solving & Initiative: Take ownership of tasks, suggest improvements, and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
???? Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with excellent grammar and pronunciation.
???? Highly proactive, outspoken, and takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
???? Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.
???? Experienced in admin tasks, email management, and call handling.
???? Tech-savvy and proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
???? Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace.
