Role: Administrative & Customer Support Specialist (Remote)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and proactive support specialist to help our users enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

-Respond to emails within 2–4 hours
-Maintain 100% customer satisfaction
-Improve support documentation

Order Fulfillment & Operations

-Fulfill orders within 4 hours of assignment
-Track deliveries and resolve issues with retailers
-Ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Who You Are
-Excellent communicator (written & verbal)
-Strong multitasker and problem-solver
-Passionate about accessibility and tech
-Familiar with Google Suite, Slack, e-commerce tools

Bonus Points:
-Experience in support/admin/e-commerce
-Familiarity with screen readers or assistive tech

Available during U.S. hours (preferred)
