Your Role & Impact:
• Optimize the Founder’s workflow by managing emails, scheduling, and critical communications.
• Bridge the gap between departments, ensuring communication, accountability, and execution align with company goals.
• Project manage key initiatives that improve efficiency, sales, and profitability.
• Own, improve, and document SOPs to ensure the business scales effectively.
• Lead training for future Virtual Assistants (VAs) focused on sales development.
• Analyze financial reports and business data to drive decision-making.
