Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage customer interactions, coordinate travel and events, oversee media content, and execute marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on multiple responsibilities while maintaining top-tier service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, inquiries, and support requests.
Manage calendar appointments efficiently.
Monitor and respond to social media messages to ensure timely engagement.
Follow up with clients or prospects to confirm appointments and maintain relationships.

Travel & Event Coordination:
Research, book, and organize travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, and hotels.
Create detailed itineraries for seamless and cost-effective travel.
Proactively identify travel options that save time and reduce costs.

Media Content Management:
Edit video content for YouTube Shorts, long-form content, and social media posts.
Create and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Post content daily on social platforms, ensuring brand consistency.

Social Media & Email Marketing:
Plan, schedule, and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics) and provide insights.
Develop creative strategies to grow social media presence and engagement.
Accountability & Reporting:
Maintain records of customer interactions, travel bookings, and content schedules.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on key insights, trends, and recommendations.
Suggest innovative ideas to improve engagement and streamline operations.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new tools quickly.

Experience with AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows.

Working Hours
Full-Time: 8 AM - 5 PM MST (Graveyard Shift)

Non-Negotiables
Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
