Virtual Assistant - Lead Generation & Qualification (Full-Time, Remote)

Join Our Growing Short-Term Rental Management Company!

We’re looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to generate and qualify leads for our short-term rental management business. If you have strong English skills, CRM experience, and enjoy cold outreach, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation & Qualification: Research and identify vacation rental property owners who may be interested in our management services. Email and call lists will also be provided.
-Cold Calling & Email Outreach: Engage property owners via phone and email to introduce our services and assess their interest.
-Manage Email & SMS Campaigns: Set up, monitor, and optimize outreach campaigns to increase engagement.
-CRM Management: Input and update lead information, track interactions, and manage follow-ups efficiently.
-Appointment Scheduling: Book qualified calls with potential clients for our sales team.
-Tracking & Reporting: Maintain records of outreach performance and report progress weekly.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and sales.
-CRM experience is a must (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or similar).
-Excellent spoken and written English.
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-Self-motivated and results-driven.
-Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals is preferred.

Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility in schedule and PTO for Filipino Holidays

$200 USD/month base salary + significant bonuses for every qualified call scheduled and every contract signed, no cap! (performance-based incentives)

We want you to be successful and earning $700+ USD per month. Here’s our incentive program to help you earn significant income per month.

Incentives:
$50 per completed call that you schedule for me with a qualified lead
$200 per signed contract - (we will work together to close, but you will receive $200 for every contract signed in your area)
