About the Role
Radiate Real Estate is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Virtual Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations and ensuring seamless workflows. This is a critical role that requires excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the CEO’s
Respond to routine inquiries and escalate important
2. File Management & Data Entry
Maintain and organize digital files and records in an efficient system.
Perform accurate data entry and ensure updated records across platforms.
3. Marketing Support
Create and manage
Assist with drafting newsletters, announcements, and other marketing content.
4. Record Maintenance
Maintain and update company workflows, client information, and project records.
5. Recruitment Assistance
Conduct first-round interviews for new associates and Virtual Assistants.
Evaluate candidates’ qualifications and provide recommendations to the CEO.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications.
6. Administrative Support
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders.
Prepare meeting agendas and take notes during discussions.
Assist in onboarding and training new tea
Qualifications and Skills
Core Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Technical Skills:
Experience with tools such as:
Email
File Management Systems (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
Marketing Tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva is a plus).
Project Management Tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Video Conferencing Platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Other Skills:
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs.
Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Prior experience as an executive assistant or administrative support is preferred.
