• Research and compile lists of realtors, property managers, and apartment complexes
• Find accurate
• Organize leads into Google Sheets and update CRM
• Send personalized messages using templates I provide
• Track replies, follow-up reminders, and scheduled calls
???? Admin Support
• Manage my calendar and set up meetings
• Create daily task checklists
• Organize files in Google Drive & Notion
• Format documents and reports (like quotes or proposals)
???? Content Support (Basic)
• Upload YouTube videos, shorts, and Instagram reels
• Write basic descriptions, hashtags, and titles using templates
• Repurpose content for other platforms
• Optional: Light video editing using CapCut, Canva, or VN (bonus, not required)
? Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Sheets
• Quick learner, tech-savvy, and consistent
• Able to work independently and follow systems
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, or content scheduling tools
???? Hours & Pay:
• 15–20 hours per week to start
• Pay: $3–$5 USD/hour depending on experience
• Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
• Opportunity to go full-time as the company scales
