Full-Time Virtual Assistant for Cosmetic & Medical Tattoo Company

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hourly Rate: $3.75 per hour
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

About Us:
We are a leading cosmetic and medical tattoo company specializing in paramedical tattooing, permanent makeup, and scar camouflage. We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to emails, messages, and customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Organize and update documents, invoices, and reports
• Assist with social media posting and basic content creation
• Handle basic data Entry
•. Project management
• Research industry trends and competitor activities
• Assist with online course management and customer support
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop/computer
• Experience with customer service, scheduling, or e-commerce is a plus
