JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess good sales skills (or willingness to learn fast) and be proficient in communicating with potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, email, and other means of communication. A very good command of English (ideally C2), exceptional communication skills, and good understanding of the sales process are essential. This role will involve regular reach out to selected target audiences (cold and warm) and generating leads through effective communication strategies. We are looking for a dedicated teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who is eager to contribute to our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach:

Reach out to selected target audiences primarily via LinkedIn (using Sales Navigator), email and potentially other channels.
Generate leads, initiate conversations with potential clients, set appointments and help to close deals.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements (primarily in writing).
Present our products and services in a compelling manner to potential clients.

Follow-Up:

Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the rest of the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other field.
Good understanding of the sales process.
Strong sales skills with previous outreach experience (ideally using LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in English (ideally C2 level).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Salary:

Starting from $400 for full-time per month, with potential increases based on performance.
We are willing to give very good potential bonuses (can be above $1000) and additional perks based on sales performance.
