- Zoom Hosting: Support weekly course training sessions, manage participant access, troubleshoot tech issues, and ensure smooth session flow.
- Social Media Support: Assist in creating static posts and carousels for Instagram &
- Inbox Management: Organize
- General Administrative Support: Assist with any additional digital tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience managing
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels and ability to answer questions in the group related to creating & optimizing video content.
- Familiarity with Zoom hosting (breakout rooms, screen sharing, participant management).
- Proficiency in Canva or similar tools for content creation.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
- Real estate or coaching course experience is a plus but not required.
