Your responsibilities will include:
- Executive & Admin Support: Handle travel planning, meeting scheduling, payment disputes, and customer service calls.
- Hiring & Candidate Management: Manage hiring pipelines, invite candidates, and conduct initial screening calls.
- Tech & Project Support: Build Airtable databases, design pitch decks, and complete various related one-off tasks for Brandon. Use AI to help you out.
- Inbox & Calendar Management: Organize inbox, prioritize important
Mandatories:
- Must have perfect written and verbal English communication
- Previous experience as an assistant to USA-based CEO
- Must have strong internet & WFH setup
- Must work US EST hours
- Looking for someone to join long-term
- Smart with different online tools, and can learn new things quickly
