Amazon Affiliate Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Amazon Affiliate Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and growing our affiliate and partner strategies, supporting influencer-driven marketing efforts, and driving revenue through Amazon’s affiliate programs. You’ll work closely with our Amazon Affiliate Director to execute strategic initiatives and ensure the success of our clients' affiliate programs.

This position requires both creative and analytical skills, as you’ll be responsible for identifying new affiliate opportunities, managing influencer relationships, optimising campaigns, and tracking performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Strategy & Relationship Management

Assist in developing and executing Amazon affiliate strategies for various clients.

Identify and build relationships with new affiliate partners to drive revenue.

Oversee daily communication with affiliate partners and ensure smooth collaboration.

Manage and navigate Levanta and Creator Connections programs.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

Write brand and creative briefs for use across affiliate partnerships.

Plan and calendarize affiliate influencer marketing efforts to align with brand strategies.

Track and measure KPIs such as ROAS, engagement, and revenue from affiliate programs.

Work with publishers and partners to ideate, review, and implement marketing strategies that expand reach and drive sales.

Identify opportunities to scale and optimize affiliate marketing programs while ensuring alignment with brand goals.

Operations & Performance Monitoring

Conduct daily account health checks for all clients.

Monitor inboxes and respond to affiliate inquiries.

Update promotional offers and sync new products with affiliate platforms.

Manage campaign building and reporting.

Maintain clear task updates in Asana, Slack, and other internal tools.

Budget & Compliance

Oversee affiliate program budgets, including sample distribution for influencer campaigns.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate:$5- $7 per hour
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly via Veem
- Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Flexible, but preferred availability between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST or EST)
- Performance-Based Raise: Quarterly reviews with potential for a raise based on performance
- Growth Opportunities: Work on diverse projects in a fast-paced affiliate marketing space

- You are data-driven and comfortable tracking campaign performance metrics.
- You are highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth execution of affiliate programs.
