E-commerce Store Manager & VA Team Leader

We’re looking for a Rockstar E-commerce Store Manager & VA Team Leader to join our growing team at 99Commerce!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the CEO: Your main role will be assisting the CEO with tasks that change rapidly—helping make decisions fast, testing new ideas, and ensuring the business stays on track.
- E-commerce Store Management: Run the day-to-day operations of our various E-commerce stores, ensuring smooth product listings, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Leading the Team: Lead and guide our remote team of Virtual Assistants to stay focused and productive, adapting quickly to new priorities.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Be a fast learner and problem-solver. Test new ideas and help the business adapt to new opportunities that either turn into solid, long-term solutions or are swiftly pivoted.
- Helping with Strategy: Work side by side with the CEO to ensure the execution of high-priority tasks, giving the CEO more time to focus on strategy and long-term goals.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2-3 years in e-commerce store management (experience with different platforms is a big plus) and leading remote VA teams.
- CEO Collaboration: Previous experience working directly with a CEO or executive, managing rapidly changing tasks in a fast-paced startup.
- Fast Learner: You're comfortable jumping into new tasks, learning quickly, and solving problems that help the business grow.
- Results-Oriented: You know how to stay focused and get things done in a rapidly changing environment.
- Leadership & Teamwork: You’ve led remote teams and enjoy helping others succeed while keeping everyone aligned with business goals.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in using e-commerce tools and project management platforms and can quickly learn new technologies.
