About Us: Travel Agent Finder is Australia's leading platform connecting travelers with specialist travel agents. We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to help maintain and grow our operations.
Essential Duties:
-Manage and optimize business operations using ClickUp
-Handle administrative tasks and appointment coordination
-Support content management for our platform
-Assist with travel agent and supplier onboarding processes
-Maintain database and systems organization
-Support marketing initiatives
-Assist with customer, travel agent and supplier inquiries
Required Skills & Experience:
-3-4 years of remote administrative experience
-Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools
-Strong organizational and systems management abilities
-Experience in appointment scheduling and calendar management
-Basic marketing and social media knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Experience using Canva is a plus
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with digital filing systems
- Comfortable with various online communication tools
